I would like to respond to privatization in health and in hydro supplying. I have only high school math but I am aware that if you set up a budget where you have to allow for the extra expense of profit, your costs go up and this is passed on to the consumer.
And Premier Ernie Eves giving people money back? What kind of a joke is that? Supplying profit to these companies and bartering our own hydro back to us -- and then taking more of our tax dollars to make us believe that everything is under control.
It makes about as much sense as Harris' reverse Robin Hood. It's been said that taxes should afflict the comforted to comfort the afflicted.
The Tories took more of the common persons' dollars and gave it to the already wealthy. Is this sick or what? Clearly they were buying votes. What do others think?
